New Carlsberg Foundation has commissioned Pia Andersen to decorate the west-wing of the congress center in Aalborg. Her paintings are a donation on the occasion of the 40 years´ jubilee of the center.
The decoration is centered around a central painting in the entrance. One painting is placed halfway up the staircase and finally 8 paintings are placed along the long hallway of the west-wing.
The paintings were inspired by landscapes in North Jutland.
